I’m a Los Angeles native currently working as a Brand Designer at Nike in Portland, OR. I specialize in creative direction, brand development, graphic design, and illustration — drawing inspiration from different cultures, visual arts, and music to craft meaningful, tactile solutions.

Sugar Coated Hype

Poking fun at the urban culture I admire so much, with a nod to the reappropriation of pop art all while establishing functionality in art were all core components of this piece. Using parody to portray craft, I was inspired by a vintage cereal box of sugar coated rice from Australia. "Sugar Coated Hype" became the tagline, the brand name "Post" became "Posers" all used to point out the absurd nature of establishing street credibility through erroneous means.
